About this workshop
Captaincy in T20 cricket means making quick decisions under pressure. This workshop covers the whole job: picking a balanced team, deciding at the toss, setting fields for different bowlers and batters, managing bowling changes and leading the dressing room. Participants work through real match scenarios and make the calls themselves, then discuss the outcome with the group.
