01 — Overview

About this workshop

This workshop helps bowlers build a reliable action and the control that wins T20 matches. Coaches work on run-up, alignment and release, then use target bowling to build consistent line and length. Bowlers then add one or two variations suited to their style, and finish by bowling to a set field and a game plan in a match-scenario net.
