Who We Are
More than just a sports team or organisation — a family-driven community built on passion, unity, dedication, and the love of the game.
Proudly operated and managed by the The Winn Family Association, our league represents the values of teamwork, respect, inclusion, fairness, and togetherness that continue to shape everything we do both on and off the field.
How it started
2024 — Today · See the full timeline →Our journey officially began in 2024 with the creation of our very first team, marking the start of something that would quickly become far greater than anyone could have imagined. What started as a simple idea between passionate individuals soon developed into a growing community built on support, friendship, and a shared belief that sport has the power to bring people together.
Our first season in 2024 laid the foundation for everything the Winn Family League has become today — full of excitement, learning, determination, growth, and unforgettable memories. Every game brought new experiences. Every challenge pushed us to improve. Every victory gave us moments to celebrate together, while every setback taught us important lessons about resilience, teamwork, and commitment.
From the very first training session and opening match, the Winn Family League stood for more than competition alone.
We wanted to create an environment where players, families, supporters, volunteers, and members of the community could come together in a positive, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere — a team where every individual mattered, every voice could be heard, and every person had the opportunity to feel included and valued.
Built slowly, built properly
As a newly formed team, we understood that success would not happen overnight. Building a strong and united community takes time, trust, and hard work. Through dedication and perseverance, we developed not only as players and competitors but also as friends, teammates, and supporters of one another. The bond that grew between our members became one of the strongest parts of our identity.
Family values at the centre
The Winn Family League was built on family values from the very beginning. Respect, loyalty, honesty, encouragement, and unity remain at the centre of who we are today. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to participate in a safe and supportive environment where they can enjoy the game, develop confidence, and create lasting memories.
Open to everyone
Our league welcomes individuals from different backgrounds, experiences, and communities. Diversity and inclusion are important to us because we believe strong communities are built by bringing people together. No matter who you are or where you come from, the Winn Family League aims to provide an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and part of something meaningful.
More than performance
The The Winn Family Association takes great pride in creating a league that focuses not only on performance and competition but also on wellbeing, respect, safeguarding, inclusion, and personal growth. We believe sport should inspire confidence, create friendships, teach discipline, and strengthen communities. These values continue to guide every decision we make as an organisation.
What makes us special
TogethernessBigger than a single team
Over time, the Winn Family League has continued to grow into something much bigger than a single team. It has become a symbol of passion, commitment, resilience, and community spirit. Every season adds a new chapter to our story, bringing new opportunities, new memories, and new people into the Winn Family community.
At the Winn Family League, every match matters, every member matters, and every moment becomes part of our story. We celebrate not only success on the field but also the friendships, memories, and experiences that make this community truly special.
Looking forward
We are proud of how far we have come since our beginnings in 2024, but we also remain focused on the future. Our goal is to continue growing as a league, strengthening our community, supporting our members, and creating opportunities for future generations to become part of the Winn Family journey.
The foundation built during our first season still remains at the heart of everything we do. The determination we showed, the friendships we created, and the passion we shared continue to inspire us as we move forward together.
The Winn Family League is not simply about winning games — it is about creating a place where people feel connected, welcomed, respected, and proud to belong. It is about building something lasting that future generations can continue to enjoy and be proud of for years to come.
As we continue our journey, we remain committed to the values that brought us together in the first place: family, respect, teamwork, integrity, inclusion, passion, and community spirit.
