01 — Overview

About this workshop

Fair discipline protects the league and everyone in it. This workshop explains the WFA disciplinary procedure from the moment a complaint or report is received: investigating, gathering evidence, holding a hearing, deciding outcomes and sanctions, and handling appeals. It places strong emphasis on natural justice, consistency and confidentiality, and uses anonymised case studies to practise decision-making.
