About this workshop
Designed for umpires who already have match experience, this workshop focuses on what separates a good umpire from a great one. Participants work on positioning at both ends, judging LBW and caught-behind decisions, managing time, weather and light, and keeping control when tempers rise. Real WFA match situations are used as case studies, and every participant leaves with a personal development plan.
