01 — Overview

About this workshop

Variations only work when they are controlled and disguised. Bowlers work with a coach to choose one or two variations that suit their action — such as a slower ball, cutter, wider yorker or arm ball — then build accuracy and disguise before using them in match scenarios. Every variation is checked for legality.
