The WFA602 – Mental Health Awareness course helps volunteers understand the importance of positive mental wellbeing within the Winn Family T-20 League. Participants will learn how to recognise common signs of poor mental health, support others through positive wellbeing conversations, understand the limits of their role, and confidently signpost individuals towards appropriate support services. The course promotes a compassionate, supportive and inclusive volunteering environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
