The WFA601 – Welfare Officer course provides volunteers with the knowledge and understanding required to promote safeguarding and welfare throughout the Winn Family T-20 League. Participants will learn the responsibilities of a Welfare Officer, how to recognise safeguarding concerns, respond appropriately to disclosures, maintain confidentiality, and follow WFA reporting procedures. This course also explores creating a safe, respectful and positive cricket environment where the wellbeing of every player, volunteer and spectator is prioritised.
