All printed magazine orders are carefully packaged before dispatch to the address provided at checkout. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, with standard UK delivery estimated at 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout, and customers should ensure their delivery details are correct before placing an order. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your magazine is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact the Winn Family T-20 League team with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Currently, printed copies are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

If your magazine arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact the Winn Family T-20 League team with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund. If you change your mind after purchasing, you may be entitled to cancel your online order within the applicable statutory cancellation period, subject to any legal exceptions. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a return. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, and we aim to process them within 5–10 working days, subject to applicable legal requirements. If a magazine is sold out and we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
