League Table updates automatically from results
Standings work themselves out from the scorecards you enter under Fixtures & Results. Switch season with the picker.
🌱 Pitch condition
Shown as a banner at the top of every page on the website. Choose Hidden on non-match days. Saving pushes it live straight away.
📢 Full-screen advert
Upload an advert image. It shows full screen on the website’s /ad page (linked in the footer under News & Media). Uploading pushes it live straight away; use Remove to take it down.
Fixtures & Results
Tournaments
Build a rich page for each competition — final results, brackets, statistics, photos & videos, news, awards, participants and sponsors. Everything you add appears on the website's Tournaments menu. To add or rename tournaments, edit competitions in src/site.config.ts.
Live Scoring
Ball-by-ball scoring runs on the website (not in this app) so you can score from a phone or tablet at the ground. Every ball you tap shows on the public site live. This app only runs on this computer, so use the buttons below as a launcher.
While testing on this computer use the local address. Once the site is online, paste its real web address here and open the scoring page on your phone instead.
Log in once here and Open Live Scoring opens the website already signed in — no typing your password at the ground. Needs an admin account.
Signed in as .
Go live straight from a phone or tablet — no OBS, no YouTube. Point the camera at the pitch and tap Go Live; anyone on the website watches on the match's Live page, with the score overlaid along the bottom. Use a second device for ball-by-ball scoring. Admin only, and best on a good connection (works for a handful of viewers).
How it works & what you need
- Add the fixture in Fixtures & Results and the players in Players (the scorer picks batters/bowlers from each team's squad).
- Open Live Scoring and log in with your members account. Scoring is restricted to admin accounts — ask for your account to be made an admin if it says "Admins only".
- Pick the match, set up the innings, then tap each ball. Use Undo for mistakes.
- Anyone can watch at
/live— it updates by itself, and a red LIVE badge shows on the home page and Fixtures.
Live scoring needs the site to be online for the public to see it. Until it's deployed you can still test it all on this computer with the local address above.
📺 Stadium Screen
Controls the full-screen ground display at
/stadium — a public kiosk view for a TV or LED wall. It self-updates; changes
here appear on the screen within about 20 seconds. Weather is live and automatic.
🚀 Open the screen
Open this on the TV / display machine in fullscreen (press F). No login needed — it is a public display.
🌱 Pitch report
Shown in the Pitch panel and top bar of the screen (and as the site-wide pitch banner).
📢 Live alerts
Each alert stays pinned on the screen (a banner under the top bar) until you remove it here — plus it scrolls in the bottom ticker. Great for "Match starting in 15 minutes" or "Players report to Pitch 1". Set 🚨 Emergency for a big red flashing banner (e.g. "Ground evacuation" or "Match abandoned").
🔁 Rotating panels
Tap to switch on or off. These rotate in the centre of the stadium board — leaderboards, league table, fixtures, results, sponsors, records, weather and more. A panel with no data is skipped automatically.
🏆 Winter Cup — rotating panels
Separate from the main board. These rotate in the centre of the Winter Cup board (/stadium?board=cup). Empty ones (before cup games are played) are skipped automatically.
📊 Board details & ground report
Fills the always-on stadium board — the header, contact/Wi-Fi bar, QR codes and the live Ground Report. Blank fields simply don't show.
Members Area
Everything here appears on each signed-in member's dashboard at
/my. Changes go live immediately — no publish needed.
📣 Announcements
League-wide and team announcements appear in the members' Team Hub as a pop-up; Emergency announcements also show as a banner to everyone, including the public site. Pin one to keep it at the top of the list.
📋 Club notice board
Events, volunteer requests, ground updates and weather calls — shown on the members' notice board.
📅 What's on (events)
Training, socials and club events — shown in the members' “What's on” calendar.
👕 Kit Centre
Upload the club's size guide. Members see the image and can download the PDF from their Kit Centre. Changes go live immediately.
🎫 Memberships
Create member accounts, share the payment link, then activate members once the £30 season fee is confirmed. New accounts start Pending activation.
📄 Send a form
Ask a member to fill out a form. When they submit it, it lands in All Forms or Registration Forms automatically, depending on the form.
Email Members
Send a real email to members' inboxes. Group sends are BCC'd, so nobody sees each other's address. Only admin accounts can send.
Add a button
A single green button under your message — use it to send people to a page on the site.
Both are needed for the button to appear. Links must
start with http:// or https://.
Add details (What / When / Where)
A boxed list under your message. Leave a row blank to skip it — up to six.
More options
Clear the greeting box to leave it out.
Notices and pinned announcements you post in the website's Members area can also email everyone automatically — this box is for one-off messages.
News
Photos
Create photo albums. Every photo you add flows automatically into the website's Photos pages and the Photo Slideshow.
Website
The pictures and words on the website's front page. Images upload and save the moment you choose them; text boxes save when you press Save changes. Everything else on the homepage — fixtures, the table, results, stats and news — fills in automatically from the rest of the dashboard. After saving, press 🌐 Publish to website to put it live.
📨 Admin notification & report emails
Where admin alerts and member Reports (concerns, incidents, complaints & feedback) are emailed. Leave blank to email every admin at their own login address. Enter one or more addresses (comma or new-line separated) to send them there instead — admins still see everything in the dashboard and the notification bell regardless.

🏏 Coaching Bookings
Create coaching sessions people can book — e.g. Bowling Practice with a coach. League members book for free; everyone else owes the price below, paid in person. Open a session to see who has booked and mark them paid.
Add a session
🏫 Workshops
Create bookable workshops — e.g. Batting Workshop or Umpiring 101. League members book for free; everyone else owes the price below, paid in person. A workshop that fills up automatically waitlists new bookings instead of rejecting them. Open a workshop to see who has booked.
Add a workshop
🧭 Academy Pathways
Define the routes members can complete — e.g. Player Development or Officiating. Each requirement is met automatically once a member attends a workshop in that category (or a specific workshop), or passes a Training Centre module. Progress and points are shown on the member's Academy Dashboard — nothing to update by hand.
Add a pathway
📷 Check-In
Scan a participant's QR pass at the door to check them in — the scanner auto-detects whether it's a workshop or a coaching pass and checks them into the right session. You can also search manually by name/code. Built for a phone or tablet at the entrance — no coach account needed, just sign in here as an admin.

📦 Shop Orders
Payment is taken by our payment provider — when you're notified of a sale, add the order here. Fill in the buyer, the items and how it's being fulfilled, and we'll email them a detailed confirmation. Then move each order Paid → Shipped → Delivered as you go — the buyer is emailed and notified at every step.
Teams
Players
Add each player and link them to a team. Career stats are worked out automatically from the scorecards you enter on results.
Club Shop
Add kit, clothing and merchandise. Each item belongs to a season range (e.g. 2026) which gives it its own page under the Club Shop menu. To add or rename the ranges, edit shopSeasons in src/site.config.ts.
🎓 Training Centre
Module library
The courses on the Association site. Each can carry a
video, a PowerPoint/PDF, lessons, benefits and a test. Members sit
the test at /association/modules; the correct answers
you tick are never sent to the site — marking is
server-side.
Reporting & compliance

Behaviour & Warnings
Private disciplinary records. These are not on the public website and are kept out of GitHub. Fill in a report, then use Print official form to produce the signed paper copy.
Code of Conduct (reference)
Meetings
Meetings booked on the two door displays: Alex's (the website's /homepage page) and Tyrone's CM Tech display (/cmtech — Wednesdays & Fridays; each booking also emails Tyrone). The "what's it about" note is private — visitors only ever see the time, name and meeting type. When you're not taking meetings, hit the pause button for that display: it says so and stops accepting bookings until you switch it back on.

Member Reports
Reports members send from the website's Members area — abusive behaviour, safeguarding concerns, incidents, and suggestions to improve the league. Anonymous reports never store who sent them. Private: nothing here appears on the public website. Change the status as you deal with each one — the member sees the status (but never your notes) in their Members area.

Registration Forms
