We want you to be happy with your Visitor Shop order. For eligible items, we accept returns or exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.

Items must be returned with their original packaging where possible and must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Please include your order number when returning an item.

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or entered the wrong personalisation details. If a personalised item is faulty or has been incorrectly personalised by us, please contact us and we will put it right. Event programmes and perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to arrange a return: please contact Visitor Shop support before sending anything back. You may be able to bring the item and your order number to the ground, or we can give you instructions for returning it. Returning an item without contacting us first may delay your return.
