Delivery
All Visitor Shop orders are carefully prepared and packed by our volunteers before being dispatched. We aim to get your order ready and on its way as quickly as possible.
Standard UK delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirming that it is on its way. You can check the status of your order at any time on Track Order.

Please allow up to two weeks for personalised items to be completed and dispatched. This gives our volunteers enough time to make sure your personalisation is correct before the item is sent.

Want to save on delivery? You can collect your order directly from Winnston Park, where collection is available.
🏟️Ground collection is completely free.Simply choose collection at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, with your collection code.
Orders can normally be collected on an available matchday or training day. Please wait until you receive your collection notification before coming to collect your order.
When collecting, please have your order number and collection code (or the QR code from your order page) ready so our volunteers can quickly hand over your order.
Size guide
Not sure which size to choose? For most clothing, we recommend measuring around the fullest part of your chest and comparing your measurement with the size chart below or on the product page.
If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, especially if you prefer a slightly looser fit. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between different products and manufacturers.
If you're unsure about a size, you can ask at the ground where possible and, if samples are available, try a size before ordering.

📝 Please check carefully. Make sure your personalisation is entered exactly as you want it to appear before placing your order. Personalised items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or there is an error made by us.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Visitor Shop order. For eligible items, we accept returns or exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be returned with their original packaging where possible and must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Please include your order number when returning an item.
⭐ Personalised items
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or entered the wrong details. If a personalised item is faulty or has been incorrectly personalised by us, contact us and we'll put it right.
🎁 Other shop items
Other eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days, provided they are:
- Unused / unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In their original condition
- Not personalised
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or another suitable solution.
📩 How to arrange a return
If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, please contact Visitor Shop support before sending anything back. You may be able to bring the item and your order number to the ground, or we can give you instructions for returning it.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as this may delay your return.
