Visitor Information
New to Winnston Park? Here is everything you need to know before you arrive, when you get here, during your visit and before you leave.
Before you arrive
Create a free Visitor Portal account to keep your tickets in one place — optional, approved by the league.
What to bring
A folding chair or blanket, layers (December is cold; June can be very hot), sunscreen and a hat in summer, water, and your QR ticket on your phone for ticketed events such as the Evelyn Dance Show.
When to arrive
The ground opens about two hours before the first ball; teams arrive 90 minutes before and the toss is 15 minutes before the start. Aim to be here at least 30 minutes early.
Tickets
League matches and the Winter Cup are free to watch. The Evelyn Dance Show is ticketed (adults £2, teens £1, under-5s and club members free). Check each event page.
Parking
Free on-site parking. Please park responsibly and keep entrances and emergency access routes clear.
Weather
Cricket is a fair-weather game: frost delays are possible in December and play pauses for lightning and heavy rain. In a heatwave the schedule may be revised for everyone’s safety. Follow the live alerts.
Matchday rules
Stay outside the playing area, supervise children, follow steward and match-official instructions, use the bins, and respect players, coaches and officials.
Accessibility
Blue Badge parking by the gate, level access from the car park and a ground-floor accessible toilet. Tell us your needs in advance and we will help.
Food & drink
Refreshments and match teas may be available during the match (availability varies by fixture). Picnics are welcome — no glass, please.
When you arrive
Entrances
Everyone enters through the main gate on Ladyfields, where a steward will welcome you.

Just inside the gate. Ask about anything — seating, timings, facilities, lost property.
Facilities
Toilets, first aid and refreshments are all at the main house / pavilion. Guest Wi-Fi: Winn_Guest.
Staff
Stewards, match officials and ground staff are happy to help — just ask.
Emergency information
First aid is in the main house kitchen; the assembly point is the car park. In an emergency stay calm and follow instructions from match officials and ground staff.
