- Ticket bookings — kept as a legal and financial record.
- Orders — kept as a legal and financial record.
- Support messages — kept so we can help with follow-up queries.
- Sessions & login history — kept for 90 days, for account security.
- Notifications — the alerts and updates we've sent you in the portal.
We never store your card number or security code — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

The Visitor Portal uses only essential browser storage — your login token, kept in this browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Log out at any time to clear it.
